Junior Ashley Simmons set a personal record and classmate Elizabeth Tauber finished 12th overall at the Penn State National Meet on Friday morning.

The Tigers will compete for the first time in 13 days on Friday at the Penn State National 6K meet of Friday.

After setting a Towson University school record with a time of 17:24.10 in a 6K meet over the weekend, junior Elizabeth Tauber was named ECAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

For the third time this season, Towson University junior runner Elizabeth Tauber earned CAA Women's Runner of the Week.

The Tigers placed 11th among 48 teams running in the Brown race at the Paul Short Invitational.

The Towson University women's cross country team returns to action on Saturday at the 40th annual Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh.

After a school record performance over the weekend, Towson junior Elizabeth Tauber was named CAA Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second week in a row.

Junior Elizabeth Tauber won the 2013 Towson Invitational with a school record time, leading the Tigers to a fourth place team finish.

For the first time this season, the Tigers will run on their home Oregon Ridge Park course at the Towson Invitational on Saturday morning.
